What You Will Learn

Starting with an exploration of the foundational principles of the NDPA and EU privacy laws, the program outlines the scope of these laws, individuals to whom they are applicable, and insights into conducting a Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA). Key topics include when NDPA processing is deemed necessary, liabilities under NDPA, and a detailed discussion on data subject access rights (DSARs).
